Stamp of approval for Aylesbury Woodlands

Buckinghamshire Advantage is delighted with the decision earlier this month by Buckinghamshire Council to give the green light to the outline planning application for the Aylesbury Woodlands development. Aylesbury Woodlands, part of the Buckinghamshire Enterprise Zone, is an extensive site to the east of Aylesbury, where a major new mixed use urban extension will be delivered. The development will include commercial premises, strategic road infrastructure, housing and sports and leisure facilities. Nammo take on new building at Westcott

International aerospace and defence company Nammo has taken on a new building at Westcott further enhancing its UK propulsion facilities. A new 15-year lease at Building 6040 comprising 18,200 sq ft of manufacturing and production space has been agreed with Westcott owners PATRIZIA Hanover PUT. The new development is situated on the former ‘solid rocket motor testing’ area known as the Western Development Area of the Park, within the Enterprise Zone. Major business growth powers expansion for space fuel specialist

European Astrotech is growing rapidly after landing a cash injection and winning a clutch of new contracts. The business which provides engineering, technical and advisory support to the space propulsion industry, is taking on a new operation at Westcott and refurbishing its existing facilities at the Park having received £740,000 of funding from the Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership. UK Space Innovation gets significant boost at Westcott

The Satellite Applications Catapult, in partnership with Buckinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership, is pleased to announce its expansion at Westcott Venture Park due to a £5.7m investment in new facilities. 'Building 4000' is set to house an In-Orbit Servicing and Manufacturing facility alongside the expansion of the Healthy and Agri Living Labs. The former footballer, well known for his love of a fast and flashy motor, is investing in Silverstone-based Lunaz, as the firm announces ambitious expansion plans. Roundabout unlocks potential at Westcott

A new multi-million pound roundabout project to improve traffic flow and unlock potential for growth at Westcott Ventre Park was officially opened on Friday 2nd October. Construction work on the £2 million roundabout and access scheme started in January 2020 to replace the former T-junction with a new dedicated access to the Park from the A41.
